Highlights from ISTE 2010

One of the best things about attending conferences is meeting teachers like Traci Blazosky. Within minutes of meeting, Traci pulled up the most impressive student-made video by first graders I’ve ever seen. On iPods! First graders! I also had the pleasure of announcing our latest exciting news — we’ve got over 100,000 registered BrainPOP Educators! It’s amazing to think that we launched BrainPOP Educators 2 years ago, when ISTE was still NECC. It’s because of your contributions that our content and community has grown, and I look forward to seeing what BrainPOP Educators “2.0” brings! That’s right — you’ll see some exciting changes on BrainPOP Educators in time for back to school, including brand new navigation and a beautiful new look that makes it super efficient to get what you need. Many other new features and news were shared, so stay posted! I’ll be sharing it all in the coming weeks.

Thanks so much to everyone who stopped by our booth. What a treat to meet you in person! Please continue to spread the word about our online BrainPOP community.
