BrainPOP at the NY/NJ Google Summit

Posted by Andrew Gardner on

It was a great week for BrainPOP and Google. We were proud sponsors of the first annual New York/New Jersey Google Summit a 2 day conference about all things Google in Education. There was a wide variety of sessions from basic overviews of Google Apps for Education, to complex hackathons exploring the ins and outs of scripting! We met many innovative and thoughtful teachers who were excited to learn about the BrainPOP Chrome app, and the integration between Google Apps for Education and BrainPOP. Congratulations to Angela Helzer, (pictured) from Curtis HighSchool, the lucky winner of a one year combo subscription for BrainPOP, BrainPOP Jr and BrainPOP Espanol. In the spirit of the paper free nature of the Google summit, Angela received a virtual certificate from BrainPOP Educator Andrew Gardner!

To learn more about the connection between Google and BrainPOP, check out last week’s archived webinar, or visit our support pages.  With single sign-on and automated quiz score collection, installing the BrainPOP Google Marketplace App is a no-brainer for any school with both Google Apps and a school wide BrainPOP subscription.
