She’ll show you how to successfully bring them into your classroom to inspire inquiry, cultivate critical reasoning, and encourage creative, interactive problem solving.
This webinar was super awesome! I am expecting that my students will get benefits for their education through playing seriously with the games on brainpop. We will try to use Game Up soon in my classroom. Wish us a good luck!
This was a great webinar! I can’t wait to utilize Game Up in my classroom. I really like that there are accompanying lesson plans with each game. Game Up is a wonderful educational tool and worth checking out!
Thank you for a great Webinar on GameUp. I loved the battleship numberline game. I can see using it with some of my students. I can’t wait until you all expand to the K-2 level. I’m just now trying to become more familiar with BrainPop Jr. I would love to use these sites in my classroom and I am working towards making them available to students. I don’t think our school corp. has a site account with BrainPop Jr. yet though, so it’s making things somewhat difficult.
Thanks for all the GameUp info. I’m excited about exploring further. I teach all subjects in a multi-grade classroom (5th and 6th)so these activites will help me supplement the 6th grade learning and activate the 5th grade.
Great information for a new teacher trying to stuff his “tool bag”. Thank you for the interactive play. That’s how my students and I learn best.
Thanks for the awesome experience and help. It was great to be walked through and given suggestions in real time. I am looking forward to using BrainPOP in my classes in science!
Great webinar! Thanks for choosing games that can be played within a class period. I look forward to using icivic. Thanks for including lesson plans as well! I think some of the icivics games have the option of saving and continuing later. Is this correct? Thanks again!
Thanks, always fun learning new was to teach students.
I’m new to GameUP but I will play around with it more and fine more things for Grade K to do.Looking forward to using new learning tools.
I am a resource teacher and am really excited to use the games to supplement the classroom curriculum.
Looking forward to exploring these resources with my students. I wish that the “associated movie” was always one of the free resources, altho I understand that free is not a business model that is sustainable.
Having 1st grade a few students who are advanced I can offer the use of GameUp to keep them focused while the rest of the students continue with an assignment. I haven’t had a chance to really explore Brainpop but I can’t wait to really get into disecting it for use with my students.
Thank you so much for this webinar. I’m looking forward to sharing all of the suggestions with the teachers at my school, especially the ones involving the election.
Enjoyed the session. I have not seen BrainPop before this year. Eager to use it.
I also watched Acuity & BrainPop on the 19th but chat was closed when I got a chance to comment. It was very helpful as well.
Had a great time…good introduction to the concept and resources available. Will definitely be using Matter Sorter. Looking forward to new simulations and games…and I will pass along any good ones I find! Thanks again!!!
I already use Brainpop Jr and I’m looking forward to exploring the games on Game Up. I can see my class using this a lot for math.
This was a great webinar it will help me this year in my classes!
this webinar was great! I can’t wait to look through the games on brain pop jr. to see which ones can be used in my pre-k classroom. I really enjoyed the guts and bolts game! It will be great to use when we do our human body unit. I also love that there are lesson plans for me to view with time suggestions.
So excited to start using these games with my teachers. I hope they are as excited to share them with their students!
