This was my first experience with a webinar and I’m also new to BrainPOPs. I found the webinar to be very valuable. I learned so many features of BrainPOPs that would have taken me forever to discover on my own (if at all). Carrie was very helpful and attentive – she did a great job. I had a very satisfying experience overall, and I’ll be taking part in more of your webinars in the future.
    Thanks!

This presentation really covered numerous tools and resources that a teacher can use in the classroom. I was encouraged to utilize more technology in the classroom.

I usually stick to Social Studies or technology stuff when I use BrainPop, but I gave this Webinar a try & I have a bunch of new ideas on things I can use in Social Studies that are in other parts of BrainPop. If you haven’t done it yet, watch this…or search around BrainPop…you’ll find some cool stuff.

The mixer feature looks great and I can’t wait to use it. I loved the tip about using the closed caption feature to assist with vocaulary and to also differentiate instruction.

I enjoyed the webinar. I teach 5th & 6th grade science and social studies. I like the idea Caroline mentioned about using the FYI articles to have students read for main idea and supporting details. I also liked how BrainPop Jr. has suggested books that go along with topics. I think it would be great if that could be added to BrainPop. I will definitely be trying the Mixer.

I’m really interested in the lesson plan and mixer feature which I haven’t had the chance to really look at. After hearing more about it, I think I will try my hand at them this summer in preparation for next school year!
