Nominate an Educator for NSBA’s “20 to Watch” Program

Posted by cemignano on

NSBA’s “20 to Watch” program was established as part of the 20th anniversary celebration for the National School Boards Association’s technology and learning conference in 2006.  The program identifies the emerging leaders within the education technology community who have the ability to impact the field over the next 20 years.

The National School Boards Association is looking for educators who are passionate about using technology to dramatically transform teaching and learning.  Now is your chance to nominate an educator who inspires their colleagues, and explores and embraces the application of the newest technology to education. If you have an educator in mind, please be sure to submit their names for consideration as part of the NSBA’s “20 to Watch” recognition program by December 18th.

The 2012-13 “20 to Watch” will be honored in Washington, D.C. during CoSN’s Annual Conference on March 19th and recognized during the Technology Leadership Network Luncheon at the NSBA Annual Conference, in New Orleans, on April 6th.

A number of our POPstars have been past nominees for this prestigious program including Adina Popa, Robert Miller, and Teryl Magee, as well as BrainPOP’s Vice President of Learning and Innovation, Dr. Kari Stubbs.  Don’t miss the chance to nominate one of your own innovative and inspiring colleagues!
