Meet Laura Agrusti!
I’m Laura Agrusti, Manager of District Relations at BrainPOP. I am so excited to be a part of the BrainPOP Educators team!
I earned my undergraduate degree at the Pennsylvania State University and hold an M.A. in Curriculum, Instruction, and Supervision from Rider University. Prior to joining BrainPOP I taught elementary, middle, and high school Spanish and served as an interim Assistant Principal in NJ for 10 years. During that time I also had the opportunity to work at the state level where I developed the standards for World Languages. Later I went on to work as an Instructional Strategies Specialist for Innovative Designs for Education where I assisted teachers with integrating technology into their lessons.
I am thrilled to have the opportunity to continue to share my love of education and BrainPOP with teachers all over the world. I look forward to generating innovative and creative ideas with you!
Please post a welcome comment below and feel free to contact me directly!

Laura – you just keep getting more amazing. I wish you were still back at Lawrence Intermediate coming into my classroom to teach my students Spanish. They loved you and you were such a fun teacher I never wanted to leave even though I could have. Best of luck at Brain POP!

Hey Laura! I am very glad that you join brainPop. I also teach students from Nursery to std. iv. I am a Bhartiya living in Bharat at Vile-Parle (East), Mumbai: 400057. I firmly believe that learning should not become burden for Kids. It should be a play way learning with fun. I would be very greatful if you can share your innovative, creative ideas and techniques to teach Tiny tots languages (especially grammar) maths and science.
Have a great creative day!

Great job with the blog! I will pass this info on to all the teachers I know. Bradley Gardens just got a bunch of new SmartBoards…
Wishing you much luck on your new job, but you’ll make your own “luck.”

Hello Laura,
My name is Tracey Blyth and I am the Technology Teacher at Milltown School (and I work with your mom).
When I learned of you and your terrific new position from Joanne, I was hoping to invite you to share your enthusiasm with our K-4 teachers. Our building initiative this year is technology integration, and my principal and I were hoping that you could visit us during a future faculty meeting (which are typically Monday afternoons beginning at 3:00 p.m.).
When convenient for you, if you could let me know if such a visit is something that is in line with your role and if it would be something that you wish to pursue, please let me know.
My email address is tblyth@brrsd.k12.nj.us
All the best,
Tracey Blyth
