<description>I am an elementary music teacher in North Carolina. The National Music Educators Association sponsor the annual National Anthem Day - usually the second week in September. It is a day when the school children stand and sing The Star-Spangled Banner in their schools. This is an event that includes K-12 schools. You can access the website at menc.org. I thought that you might want to include this each year in your September events.
