Educator Resources for Dublox

In Dublox, students maneuver four connected blocks along a tiled platform by flipping them over in various ways. The goal is to rest the dublox on the two red blocks on each platform. To do so, students must move their blocks around the space in just the right way, while watching out for glass tiles. Guide students to use their understanding of geometry, measurement, and logic to win the game. Younger students can use Dublox to better understand basic geometry and contiguous space, while older students can use it to reinforce concepts relating to polygons, the coordinate plane, and transformation.

Logic, Geometry and Measurement Lesson Plan: The DuBlox Game
