Food Chain

A food chain shows how living things rely on each other for food and how energy is moved from one living thing to another. A food web is a group of connected food chains. In this movie, you'll learn how producers and consumers are living things that need each other to survive. You'll learn about herbivores, which are animals that eat plants, and carnivores, which are animals that eat other animals. An omnivore eats both plants and animals. You'll also find out the difference between predator and prey, and what might happen if a living thing becomes endangered or extinct. How might the food chain change?
