Getting Help

You don’t have to do it alone! In this BrainPOP movie, Tim and Moby will explain to you why asking for help is a smart thing to do. You’ll learn how to know if you need help - and how your body could be telling you to ask for it! You’ll find out some different ways in which you can ask for help, whom you can turn to if you need help, and how you can make asking a little easier. You’ll also get some examples of who might especially need help, and see how asking for help can actually make you more successful. So don’t be shy - we’re here to help!
