I already purchased a subscription to BrainPOP. Why am I still prompted to subscribe before I watch a movie?

To access your subscription, you must be logged in on the computer you're using - even if you're already logged in on another computer. You can find the log-in button in the upper left corner of the home page. Enter your username and password there.
