I already purchased a subscription to BrainPOP. Why am I still prompted to subscribe before I watch a movie?
To access your subscription, you must be logged in on the computer you're using - even if you're already logged in on another computer. You can find the log-in button in the upper left corner of the home page. Enter your username and password there. If you don't know or can't remember that information, our Password Reminder feature can help.
