History...or herstory? In this BrainPOP movie, Tim and Moby will introduce you to some of the women who have shaped the world! They include: Anne Hutchinson, who got in huge trouble for saying people didn’t need to go to church; Virginia Woolf, who insisted that women needed time to themselves; Oprah Winfrey, the center of the highest-rated talk show in history; Indira Gandhi, who convinced a whole country that women could be successful and effective leaders; Jackie Joyner-Kersey, arguably the greatest female athlete in the word; and Marie Curie, who was the first (and only!) woman to win two Nobel Prizes.
