As a new owner of a smart phone, I have been overwhelmed and blown away at all of the educational resources out there. As out school implements bring your own technology next year, my learning curve is steep, but I am excited to use this information. BTW, Socrative is my new favorite education ap. So cool!

This webinar was great! Students are all into technology today. I think if the students could use their own technology it would spark an interest. I learned some great ideas for creating lessons and bring it back into the classroom. Thank you for the ideas!

I loved this Webinar (BrainPop Mobile: Learning at Your Fingertips), but also found it frustrating based on my school District’s current overly-conservative banning policy on electronic devices. Hopefully our District can find a way to change this policy soon because the world of possibilities for ways to incorporate countless resources (like BrainPop) are very exciting! As teachers we need to become confident that we can manage a classroom where students are able to us the technology of today — things our students will use in the workplace AND in their everyday lives for many years to come!

I love using anything that is mobile! When I saw the title of this webinar, I was reeled in! :-) My school district is implementing a BYOT (Bring Your Own Technology) initiative at the high school level next year. Having BrainPOP at our fingertips is going to make things so much easier. It’ll be good to see how well the students use their own technology for educational purposes, not just for entertainment or social purposes. Thank you for all of the wonderful ideas!

It is nice to see a way that student’s can use mobile devices in the classroom while working on educational material. Incorporating the use of mobile devices could help relieve the constant battle of trying to make students keep them out of sight.

Students these days are so tied to technology. This webinar was a great way to tie their mobile devices to the classroom.

Whenever I see something like this, it makes me wish that it were more accepted that mobile devices be used by students in classrooms. I look forward to trying some things using my own iPad!
