Did you know that a student's accuracy in number line estimation correlates with their standardized achievement scores? We developed this game specifically for students to build a strong and robust number sense, which is the foundation for future success in math.

Playpower Experiments!

To better understand the effects of a game’s impact on learning and enjoyment, Battleship Numberline players may receive slightly different versions of game. Playpower, the game developer, is investigating the effects of having a game where players can win or lose levels or where they are just given a score. They are also varying design elements like the difficulty of winning a game level and the ability to earn in-game achievements, such as trophies, unlocked levels or score cards. If you have any questions about this experiment (or anything else), please contactus@playpowerlabs.com.
