Teaching Strategy: Immune System Defender Vocabulary

Before playing the game, teach your students the vocabulary connected to the Immune system, and use the game site to see cartoon images of these immune system heroes.

Important terms to know include:

  • The granulocytes

  • The macrophages

  • The dendritic cells

3. Lymphocytes

  • T cells

  • B cells
