BrainPOP Products
Meet the BrainPOP products
Every BrainPOP product is built around the same idea: students understand more when concepts are introduced through storytelling before instruction begins. Each product is designed for a specific grade band and subject area, so you can start with what fits your school and build from there.
Animated movies and learning activities that introduce the concepts that lower elementary school learners are encountering for the first time.
Animated movies and learning activities that build the background knowledge students need as subjects get more complex.
Phenomenon-based science instruction with investigations, engineering projects, and assessments aligned to NGSS and state science standards.
English language development across listening, speaking, reading, and writing — leveled for multilingual learners at every stage of language acquisition.
Frequently Asked Questions
BrainPOP complies with COPPA and operates as a school official under FERPA, meaning student data stays under the direct control of your district—not ours. We don't sell or rent student data or use it for advertising, we collect only what's necessary for educational purposes, and all student data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We never share personally identifiable student data or use student records to train third-party AI models, and district and school administrators can delete student PII at any time, in real time, through the admin dashboard.
For more details—including data retention timelines and how our AI features handle student data—see our Privacy Policy.
BrainPOP is built to work with the tools your school already uses. We support integration with Clever, ClassLink, Google Workspace, Schoology, and other LMS systems capable of configuring LTI external tools. Visit our Help Center for full technical documentation.

Bring BrainPOP's online teaching resources to your school or district!

"We've been working to make sure that we're getting BrainPOP directly into our science curriculum, into our social studies curriculum, and of course, our ELD curriculum. No one wants to search and find things, so putting them directly into the curriculum makes a big difference."
Dr. Melissa K., ESOL Supervisor
Prince George’s County, MD.
“BrainPOP is one of the few things that we allow in our locked-down environment, because it’s secure. It’s kid-friendly. It’s easy to use. It’s aligned. It’s very helpful.”
Leigh Ann B., Former Associate Superintendent
Orange County Public Schools, FL.
"I often say BrainPOP is the hill I die on."
Becca G., Instructional Facilitator of Computer Science
Loudoun County Public Schools, VA
“Our paras are not trained educators. So, having something that is research based is really nice to be able to say, ‘Hey, could you go work with this group of kids on BrainPOP?’ And that information is already prepared.”
Amanda Y., Principal
Wichita Public Schools, KS
