Image License

The BrainPOP Assets are governed by the following license:
 

The BrainPOP Assets are owned by or licensed to BrainPOP, subject to copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights under United States and foreign laws and international conventions. BrainPOP reserves all rights to the BrainPOP Assets.

BrainPOP grants you a limited non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use of the BrainPOP Assets solely for creating a movie in Make-a-Movie™ or a map in Make-a-Map™ for personal educational purposes, and no other purpose.

This license does not include any downloading or copying of the BrainPOP Assets or any portion thereof outside of My BrainPOP® (the BrainPOP individual accounts network).

This License does not include any resale or commercial use of the BrainPOP Assets. This license does not include permission to, directly or indirectly, (i) copy, modify, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise create derivative works of the BrainPOP Assets or any part thereof in any other manner not explicitly permitted herein, (ii) frame or utilize framing techniques or caches to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of BrainPOP; (iii) use any data mining, spiders, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools; or (iv) remove or modify any trademark, trade name, copyright notice, patent marking, confidentiality, or other proprietary rights notice or marking from any included in the BrainPOP Assets.

BrainPOP Assets are part of the BrainPOP Content, as defined in the Terms of Use. The terms and conditions of the Terms of Use shall apply.
